Can I cancel my order?

BeInspiredBooks endeavours to post items that are in stock with the usual supplier within twenty-four (24) hours of you placing an order through the BeInspiredBooks website.

BeInspiredBooks is unable to cancel your order if you requested delivery via express post.  For orders being delivered via standard postage, any request for cancellation must be received within twenty-four (24) hours from the time you placed your order. Please note that if the order has already been shipped, no cancellation is available.

Should you wish to cancel your order please contact BeInspiredBooks via the message centre in your BeInspiredBooks account and include the word URGENT  

 

Can I change my mind and return an item?

Please check your order carefully before paying as BeInspiredBooks is unable to accept items being returned because you have changed your mind.

 

What if an item is damaged or faulty?

BeInspiredBooks is able to accept items for return if you have received an item that is faulty, damaged or does not match the details listed on your order or the BeInspiredBooks website.

BeInspiredBooks goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

BeInspiredBooks will pay the postage for you to return a damaged or faulty item where you follow the directions included under the ‘How do I return items?’ on this page.

 

How do I return items?

Unfortunately, BeInspiredBooks does not have the facilities to accept walk-in returns.  All returns must be posted.

Before returning any item to BeInspiredBooks, you must contact BeInspiredBooks via the message centre in your BeInspiredBooks account and include the word RETURN, and the reason for returning.

Your request will be reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours.  Once your return is approved, you will receive a message via the message centre in your BeInspiredBooks account with a unique Authorised Return Number (ARN) and return instructions.  Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure your item is retuned to the correct location.  Please ensure your ARN is visible on the outside of the parcel.

Once your return has been received at the address provided with your ARN, you will receive a message via the message centre in your BeInspiredBooks account.  Applicable refunds or credits will be processed within four (4) working days
