Delivery via standard or express postage is the only method of delivery when ordering from BeInspiredBooks. Items are unable to be picked up from BeInspiredBooks.
When you place orders through the BeInspiredBooks website, standard postage applies for all orders delivered to Australian and New Zealand addresses. Standard postage is at a flat rate of AUD $10 per order, regardless of the number of items in you order.
If you place an order through the BeInspiredBooks website overseas, but deliver to an Australian or New Zealand address, only standard postage will apply to your order.
Orders being delivered to a New Zealand address are sent using a freight forwarder from Australia and are delivered by a courier service or by New Zealand Post.
Express postage is available when you place orders through the BeInspiredBooks website for items that are in stock from the usual supplier. Orders can include a maximum of three (3) items. Express postage is at a flat rate of AUD $15 and only available for orders being delivered to an Australian address.
Order by 1:30pm WST for delivery the next business day to postcodes covered by Australia Post’s Express Post Delivery Network. If your address is not covered, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links.
BeInspiredBooks endeavours to post items that are in stock with the usual supplier within twenty-four (24) hours of you placing an order through the BeInspiredBooks website.
Estimated delivery timeframes are listed on the BeInspiredBooks website for each individual item that you order. Please pay close attention as estimated delivery timeframes may vary depending on the usual supplier for a listed item.
If your order has still not been delivered after the estimated delivery timeframe listed on the BeInspiredBooks website, or no timeframe is listed, please contact BeInspiredBooks via the message centre in your BeInspiredBooks account.
BeInspiredBooks will send you confirmation, via the message centre in your BeInspiredBooks account, with a tracking number the same evening the item is posted. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery. Please note that it may take some time before your tracking link is active as your parcel will need to be scanned by Australia Post at one of their facilities.
If your order is sent out in multiple parts, you will have multiple tracking numbers, and each will be sent via the message centre in your BeInspiredBooks account.
